Ban on In Vitro Fertilisation of Single Women Challenged

Ljubljana, 17 December - A group of 61 MPs from five leftist parties have lodged a Constitutional Court challenge against provisions of the act on fertility treatment that prevent single women from getting in vitro fertilisation, a move that comes 14 years after the law was enacted.
