Criticism of Judiciary Broached on Constitution Day
Ljubljana, 18 December - Constitutional Court President Miroslav Mozetič underscored the court's role in defence of fundamental human rights and freedoms, as he addressed a ceremony on Constitution Day, while he also noted that criticisms of the judiciary sometimes lacked merit.
