Minister Announces Jail Over Unpaid Fines Done

Ljubljana, 18 December - Justice Minister Goran Klemenčič announced Thursday the government would not try to enact jail for unpaid fines anew, after the Constitutional Court quashed provisions of the minor offences law dealing with the controversial way of enforcing fines.
