Collective Effort of Erased at Top Court Rejected
Ljubljana, 21 January - The association representing the thousands of former Yugoslavia citizens who were deleted from Slovenia's permanent resident registry in 1992 has failed in its collective constitutional challenge of legislation on the erased. The top court threw out the request, indicating that only individual challenges, starting at lower instances, are possible.
