Bavčar Prison Sentence Deferred after Heart Surgery
Ljubljana, 16 February - The Ljubljana Higher Court has approved a prison sentence deferral request by former boss of the Istrabenz conglomerate Igor Bavčar after he underwent heart surgery a week ago. Bavčar, who was to report to prison on 27 January but went to hospital instead, must now report to prison by 30 April, media reported on Monday.
