Higher Court Accepts Most Evidence in Balkan Warrior Case

Ljubljana, 5 June - A higher court in Ljubljana has found that most evidence in the high-profile Balkan Warrior drug trafficking case is valid, media reported on Friday. It therefore nodded to a decision of the district court, which rejected almost all requests for exclusion of evidence in November 2014. A retrial is scheduled to start in autumn.
