OECD to Present Second Track Partnership Options
Ljubljana, 10 September - Representatives of the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) will present on Thursday its final analysis report on public-private partnership models that could be used in the planned construction of a second railway track linking the port of Koper with the inland hub of Divača.
