Brussels Withdraws Action against Slovenia over e-Waste
Brussels, 8 October - The European Commission has withdrawn legal action against Slovenia over the country's failure to enact EU legislation on the recycling of waste electrical and electronic equipment after Slovenia adopted a decree on the matter in July, the Ministry of Environment and Spatial Planning announced on Thursday.
