Refugee numbers rising after record on Wednesday, 40,000 entered so far

Ljubljana, 22 October - The latest figures released by police show the number of refugees entering Slovenia rapidly rising. Over 12,600 entered on Wednesday, a new single-day record and more than Hungary had registered before closing its border. An estimated 40,000 have entered the country since Saturday.
