Constitutional Court allows gay marriage referendum
Ljubljana, 22 October - Slovenia's top court overturned a parliamentary ban on a referendum on gay marriage, but issued a narrow ruling refraining from weighing in whether a vote on this issue is compatible with the Constitution.
