MPs adopt new act on public procurement
Ljubljana, 27 October - Parliament passed on Tuesday a new act on public procurement, which introduces a broader range of criteria than merely price in the selection process and boosts efforts to prevent abuse. The legislation regulates the spending of almost 10% of Slovenia's GDP.
