Study suggests budget funding of public health almost inevitable

Ljubljana, 4 November - Proposals drawn up for reform of Slovenia's ailing public health system based on an analysis by the World Health Organisation (WHO) suggests that it is almost inevitable that budget funding will have to be provided to prop up the health purse.
