Independence coalition vice-president says Slovenians fell into apathy
Ljubljana, 23 December - The Slovenians believed their country would become a new Switzerland when they voted for independence 25 years ago, according to Ivan Oman, the vice-president of DEMOS, the coalition that won the first multi-party election. But the opposite is true. "Worst of all, the Slovenians fell into political apathy," he told the STA.
