Govt prepares overhaul of minor offences law
Ljubljana, 24 February - The Justice Ministry has drafted a reform bill of the minor offences act in a bid to bring the legislation in line with a Constitutional Court ruling prohibiting people from being jailed as a means of fine enforcement.
