Referendum rejection raises series of issues

Ljubljana, 3 May - Speaker Milan Brglez's decision not to admit referendum motions on three pieces of legislation appears likely to create several legal precedents and has opened up a series of dilemmas that are likely to wind up at the Constitutional Court.
