Former CoE rapporteur on Yugoslav deposits finds EHCR ruling unfair

Ljubljana, 7 June - Dutch and European politician Erik Jurgens, who authored a CoE report on Yugoslav foreign currency deposits in 2004, was critical in Ljubljana on Tuesday of the 2014 the European Court of Human Rights ruling that tasked Slovenia with covering the LB bank deposits of Croatian and Bosnian savers.
