Minister denies having been informed about Gorenje due diligence

Ljubljana, 5 August - Economy Minister Zdravko Počivalšek has denied media reports that he had been notified about the due diligence conducted by Panasonic in household appliance maker Gorenje beforehand. The minister has learned about the procedure from the media, but nevertheless supports a further-tie up between the two companies.
