Ljudmila Novak remains at the helm of NSi

Brežice, 12 November - Ljudmila Novak, a 57-year teacher of Slovenian and German who entered politics in 2000, has been re-elected the leader of the New Slovenia - Christian Democrats (NSi). The only candidate for the post, Novak was backed by 355 out of the 388 delegates attending the 10th congress in Brežice on Saturday. She has led the party since 2008.
