Expert: Army successful in intl missions, lacks military capability
Ljubljana, 20 March - The Slovenian Armed Forces (SAF) have very good staff and take part in international missions successfully, yet their primary function is military capability, defence expert Klemen Grošelj has told the STA after the army's level of capability for war in the latest combat readiness report was assessed as poor.
