Unofficial: Bavčar and co-defendants in Istrabenz case going to prison
Ljubljana, 23 May - The Ljubljana Higher Court has upheld guilty rulings against former Istrabez CEO Igor Bavčar and his co-defendants, the Sušinski brothers, in the final verdict of a retrial over a 2007 chain sale of a stake in the Istrabenz conglomerate. Bavčar, Slovenia's first interior minister, is facing five years in prison, media reported unofficially.
