Slovenia's junction with high seas is territorial, jurist argues

Ljubljana, 30 June - International law expert Vasilka Sancin has told the STA after examining the details of the arbitration decision on the Slovenia-Croatia border that the high seas junction area constitutes Slovenia's "territorial junction" with international waters.
