Magna case both a win and loss for NGOs, paper says

Ljubljana, 12 September - Environmental NGOs managed to get Magna Steyr commit to environmental standards in building and operating its planned paint shop near Maribor, but they actually did not achieve much as the agreements with the Canadian-Austrian company are not legally binding, the newspaper Dnevnik says in Tuesday's commentary.
