Analysts see deferral of Catalan independence as wise

Ljubljana, 11 October - The decision of the Catalan authorities to delay the implementation of independence and give room for dialogue with Madrid was wise although it was perceived as a sign of weakness, Slovenian analysts said. Mitja Žagar of the Institute for Ethnic Studies believes the EU showed yet again it is not up to big challenges.
