MPs move to prevent further loss of phone-tapping evidence

Ljubljana, 26 October - The parliamentary Justice Committee on Thursday endorsed an opposition-sponsored proposal which would render the interpretation of the criminal procedure act that enabled suppression of phone-tapping evidence against Ljubljana Mayor Zoran Janković invalid.
