Govt confirms project to prevent medical malpractice

Ljubljana, 26 October - The government confirmed on Thursday a project aimed at reducing and preventing patient injury or death during medical treatment. The proposed measures include efficient court proceedings for determining responsibility of healthcare providers and medical staff.
