Večer points out Šilih case required mediation by govt

Maribor, 14 December - Although they were not able to prove their son died 23 years ago due to medical malpractice, Franja and Ivan Šilih are happy with how all these years of litigation have ended. This was the first case of mediation that not only actively involved but was even launched by the state, the daily Večer says on Wednesday.
