Maribor Court Again Rejects Damage Suit in 1993 Boy Death Case

Ljubljana, 13 January - The Maribor District Court has rejected in a re-trial a damages suit filed by the parents of Gregor Silih who believe the boy died in 1993 because of medical malpractice. The re-trial was requested by the Court of Human Rights and the Slovenian Constitutional Court in April and October 2009, respectively.
