Constitutional Court Rules in Favour of Bereaved Parents

Ljubljana/Maribor, 19 October - The Constitutional Court has revoked a decision by the Maribor District Court from 25 August 2006 rejecting the civil claim of Franja and Ivan Silih over the death of their son Gregor Silih in 1993. The ruling comes after the position of the Silih's was backed by a 2007 ruling of the European Court of Human Rights.
