Silih Case Back at Court of First Instance

Maribor, 29 June - The case of the death of Gregor Silih from 1993 has returned to the court of first instance after the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg and the Slovenian Constitutional Court ruled in favour of a repeat trial in April and October 2009, respectively, after an appeal by the bereaved parents.
