Brglez says education funding changes not an attempt to bypass Constitutional Court

Ljubljana, 27 November - Speaker Milan Brglez would not support any motion attempting to bypass a ruling of the Constitutional Court. He has told the STA that the constitutional changes on funding of primary education currently debated in parliament meant to clarify the relation between public and private education and not to bypass a Constitutional Court decision.
