Attempt to overhaul Gorenje supervisory board fails
Velenje, 9 January - The shareholders of household appliances maker Gorenje failed to back a proposed overhaul of the supervisory board at an extraordinary meeting on Tuesday. The overhaul was proposed by the Dutch company Home Products Europe, which holds a 5% stake in Gorenje.
