Court battle over competition watchdog boss continues

Ljubljana, 5 April - The court battle over the appointment of legal expert Andrej Matvoz as the director of the Competition Protection Agency continues. After the Administrative Court ruled that the economic minister's pick of Matvoz was unlawful, the Supreme Court has recently decided to allow a revision of the appointment procedure.
