Dolenc ordered to pay EUR 2.6m in malpractice damages after all
Ljubljana, 6 April - The Supreme Court has reversed the decision of the Ljubljana District Court that rejected a malpractice damage claim from an Israeli patient against renowned Slovenian neurosurgeon Vinko Dolenc. It ordered Dolenc to pay EUR 2.6m in compensation to the patient plus default interest, the media reported on Friday.
