Culture Ministry consent to Pro Plus takeover might be needed after all

Ljubljana, 19 May - The newspaper Delo has reported that a Culture Ministry clearance might be necessary after all for the US-owned United Group takeover of Pro Plus, the owner of Slovenia's two most popular commercial TV stations POP TV and Kanal A.
