Lawsuit by Bosnian LB saver rejected in benchmark ruling

Ljubljana, 23 May - The Administrative Court has issued the first final ruling rejecting one among hundreds of lawsuits filed by a specific subset of Bosnian holders of foreign currency deposits in the defunct LB bank. The court agreed he was ineligible for compensation under the scheme set up by Slovenia.
