Landmark ruling says municipality party to inspection proceedings

Ljubljana, 7 June - The efforts of the Vrhnika municipality to close down the Kemis waste-processing plant, where a major fire wrought environmental havoc last year, has led to a landmark Administrative Court ruling that recognises the right of the municipality to act as a party in inspection proceedings, the newspaper Dnevnik reported.
