Former ACH owners acquire Topolšica spa
Ljubljana, 15 June - Intus Invest, a firm affiliated with the hotel arm of the former ACH holding, has raised its stake in the Topolšica spa to 61%. It acquired 29.07% of shares in a takeover bid open between 17 May and 13 June.
