Ownership to be clearer as Gorenjska Banka shareholders meet in July

Kranj, 19 June - The shareholders of Gorenjska Banka will meet on 20 July to take a vote on new members of the supervisory board, distribution of profit and change of the articles of association. The shareholders' meeting will be held at the behest of the Serbian bank AIK Banka, which holds about 33% in the Slovenian bank.
