Border fence plot owners to get compensation

Ljubljana, 11 July - The government has made the first move to introduce compensation for owners of land along the border with Croatia where the state erected a fence in 2015. Some EUR 2m will expectedly be paid out to owners over the course of a decade, the government said in a press release on Wednesday, following a correspondence session.
