Red light persists in Adris's Sava RE takeover plan

Ljubljana, 4 December - The Administrative Court has reportedly upheld the rejection of Croatian conglomerate Adris's attempts to raise its stake in Sava Re, Slovenia's no. 2 insurance group, to just under the takeover threshold of 33%.
