Beekeepers warning against Slovenia resting on laurels

Lukovica, 8 January - After Slovenia succeeded with its initiative to have the UN declare World Bee Day, Slovenian beekeepers urged on Tuesday against the country resting on its laurels. They want it to start addressing outstanding beeekeeping issues in the EU as well as in Slovenia. A beekeeping handbook for the disabled was also presented on the occasion.
