Šarec taking flak for EU parliament snub

Ljubljana/Strasbourg, 19 March - Prime Minister Marjan Šarec defended on Tuesday in the face of mounting criticism his decision to pass on an offer to address the European Parliament at the March plenary. He said delivering an address in this period could have been seen as him using his position for EU election campaign purposes.
