Pensioner complains to European institutions about lengthy electoral disputes
Ljubljana, 14 October - Vili Kovačič, a pensioner best known for initiating a referendum on the Koper-Divača rail project, has sent a letter to the Council of Europe, its Venice Commission and Group of States against Corruption (GRECO), and the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE), to complain about lengthy electoral disputes.
