Constitutional Court suspends Kangler inquiry

Ljubljana, 25 October - The Constitutional Court has imposed a temporary injunction on the law and rules governing parliamentary inquiry pending its final decision in a petition filed by the Judicial Council, which means that the inquiry into prosecution of Franc Kangler, the former Maribor mayor, will not be able to do inquiries pertaining to judges for the time being.
