Slovenia, EU Commission presenting their arguments in Teran case

Brussels/Luxembourg, 3 December - Slovenia and the European Commission will start presenting to the General Court of the European Union on Tuesday their arguments in a case related to a derogation enabling Croatia to use Teran, the name of a red wine protected by Slovenia. A ruling is expected a few months after the hearings.
