Ruling on Slovenia-Croatia Teran case to be given

Luxembourg, 9 September - The General Court of the EU will hand down its ruling on Wednesday in a case concerning a derogation enabling Croatian wine producers to use Teran as the name of a red wine. Slovenia, which protected the name, is challenging the exemption granted by the European Commission.
