Court provides explanation in Rupnik case
Ljubljana, 2 October - The Ljubljana District Court, which has stopped legal proceedings in the case of Leon Rupnik, an executed Nazi collaborationist general, published an explanation of its decision on Friday. The head of the panel of judges deciding on whether a new trial could start in the case, said a dead person could not be put to trial.
