Finance offers a pick of most ludicrous election promises

Ljubljana, 13 December - The newspaper Finance offers its pick of some of the most "nebulous" ideas floated by politicians last week as they get ready for the April elections, including one by the economy minister suggesting Slovenia's population should expand by a million in a decade.
