Reporter thinks "sleeper cells" will report back to Janša

Ljubljana, 6 June - Staff replacements at the top state authorities, state-owned companies and agencies are nothing unusual when a new government assumes office, says the weekly Reporter in its latest editorial, noting that people loyal to ex-PM Janez Janša who were appointed to positions of authority will report back to him.
