Večer calls for preference vote

Ljubljana, 15 April - The newspaper Večer is critical in Friday's commentary of the last-minute procedural adjustments to the election rules made by the National Electoral Commission, saying that in normal circumstances these things were never considered decisive. What would matter would be the introduction of a preference vote, the paper says.
